07:30: Driver picks you up at your hotel and head out of Hanoi by car,
08:30 – 09:00: Arriving in Quang Phu Cau.
By this time, the villagers have set out incense to dry in various formations, and we’ll get pictures of people working among this sea of red. We will have time to capture a variety of shots of the workers in action.
We also venture further into the village workshops, shooting images of the incense-making process, including bamboo chopping, dipping the sticks in dye, and the creation of incense paste. We’ll take more images of the friendly locals who have worked on producing incense in this village for generations. We leave the village at noon, as the workers are preparing for lunch.
Visit to Thu Sy village. Journey towards Thu Sy village located in Hung Yen province 60km (more than 1 hour-drive to the South of Ha Noi) away from Ha Noi

Next, visit Thu Sy Bamboo Fish Trap Village, you will step into a world where the ancient craft of making fish traps is still alive. Here, we are visiting Mr Bac one of the oldest craftsman in the village, you will discover the beauty and cultural significance of this vanishing trade. Skilled craftsmen will guide you through the traditional techniques used to create these masterpieces, meticulously fashioned from bamboo and other natural materials.
Having lunch at local family.

After lunch keep visiting the last village Ban Yen Nhan Soy Sauce Village, you will be greeted by the aroma of rich, flavorful soy sauce, a staple in Vietnamese cuisine. Here in Hung Yen province, the tradition of soy sauce production has been passed down through generations, thriving to this day. The village is renowned for producing soy sauce of exceptional quality, crafted with care and expertise. Guided by locals, you will delve into the intricate process of soy sauce making, gaining insight into its cultural significance and role in Vietnamese culinary heritage.
16:00: Going back in Ha Noi.
17:00: Arrive to Ha Noi and drop off at your hotel.
