Pu Luong means the highest peak of the village, in Thai language.
Pu Luong Nature Reserve was established in 1999 is roughly 170km from Hanoi.
Being a nature reserve with a total area of 17,662 ha, 3/4 of the nature reserve is primary tropical forest.
This is also living place of ethnic Muong and Thai people.
Day 1: Ha Noi – Pu Luong – Don Village – Uoi village (7kms trekking)
Day 2: Hieu Waterfall – Water wheels and bamboo rafting on Cham River
Day 3: Pu Luong – Ha Noi free and easy day
06:45: Bus pick you up at 13 Hang Muoi Street.
10:00: Have short break then you enter Pu Luong Nature Reserve by road via a breathtaking mountain pass giving you a panoramic view of the whole valley
11:30: You arrive at your accommodation, followed by free time to explore the beautiful retreat, with its captivating panoramic views and tranquil setting
12:00: It is time for a delicious lunch then check in your room.
14:30: Start 2,5 hours for trekking tour around beautiful valley of Pu Luong.
This is a common and easy walk around the most beautiful valley of rice terraces around of Inh La Home.
We start to descend into the beautiful valley where you walk around tumbling rice terraces. Then we will walk through small paths shrouded in vegetation to slowly reveal a picturesque Uoi village sitting at the base of a towering mountain. Your camera will not be able to sit still when you see the panorama view of the village from above.
Continue walk down hill to Uoi village then hiking to Leo village. If time permits, we will visit a local family where we can learn about their traditional brocade weaving (not guaranteed).
On the way we can see local people work on the field and see daily life of them when we are walking through their villages.
17:30: Back to Inh La home then you have time for swimming pool and relaxing before enjoying dinner at the restaurant of Inh La home.

You can get up early to enjoy sun rise and see the clouds fly over the valley if weather is good.
07:30: Have breakfast
08:00: Get on the car to go to Hieu waterfall.
08:30: Arrive to the fall we walk along the Hieu waterfall to see different levels of the fall. Then you can enjoy the swimming at the fall if the weather is not too cold.
10:00: Back to the car then the driver takes you to Ten Moi bridge where you start trekking 3 km along Cham River you also get into bamboo jungle.
11:30: Arriving at a local fisherman’s house, you have a short rest to gear up for the bamboo river rafting. Float along the calm river and enjoy the views, in between learning how to paddle and steer your handcrafted rafts.
12:00: Having luch at local restaurant.
13:30: Arriving up stream of Cham River, you disembark to visit burning cave. The cave has no light inside so to the stalagmite and stalactite you have to burn the torch that why the cave has name burning cave.
15:00: Leaving the burning cave the trek 1 km thought Na Tang village to back to main road where the driver picks you up to take you to Chieng Lau rice field where you begin your walk-in search of stunning water wheels. Get up close to each wheel and discover how water is moved from river to handmade bamboo aqueducts via simple constructions of all sizes.
16:00: Get on the car then back to Inh La home
19:00: Have dinner and stay overnight at Inh La Home

Option 1: Enjoy your free time at Inh La home by some activity such as: go swimming, wandering around Don village to see daily life of local people.
Otption 2: Get on the car to visit Kho Muong village and Bat cave where you can see many stalagmites and stalactite in different size and shapes.
11:30: Checkout your room then have lunch.
13:00: Get on the bus to back to Ha Noi
18:00: Arrive to Hanoi Opera House.
